Of course growing them myself would have been better but not by much.

    Good job! I don't buy carrots, but grow mine...and yes I can them and count by pints and 1/2 pints!

    I haven't seen anyone canning baby carrots yet. What did you use? Did you pickle them?

    I did not pickle them though I have before and there is a recipe for it on the Preserving tab somehere. I believe there is a recipe for canning plain carrots on the Preserving tab somewhere too. Here you go, I found it:

    I truly don't believe they put actual baby carrots in these bags, just regular carrots cut up with the ends rounded but they are still good.
