A sourdough fish breader can be made almost exactly like the sourdough chicken/pork/steak breader with one exception. You are going to dredge the fish in flour then in the starter/egg mixture (I did two eggs this time and about a cup of starter) and then in cornmeal instead of flour again.

ReplyDeleteMark, at one time I didn't like fish either but since I moved here fish fries are the summer weekend party and I have come to really enjoy eating some fried catfish (some of this was catfish and some was whiting--the whiting was better though).
