I was wrong...

it wasn't the quail hatching first, it was the bantam chicks. I got 8 from this batch. I still hear peeping in the incubator so I don't think the quail are too far behind.

By the way, these are not food Mark :)

  2. Well, they do grow bigger than quail and I am sure, in a pinch, they might make a good soup, lol.

    Only just found your blog and I absolutely love it! There are so many interesting things! Canned turkey! Not that familiar with that over here in this neck of the woods but it was very interesting.

    I love all your pictures, especially in this post, the bantams are so cute.
