The Compost Bin

Although I took pictures, I never got around to writing about the new compost bin. At our old house we had a compost "pile" beside the chicken pen and it worked great but here in town compost piles are just not... appreciated so we bought the bin. It came with some assembly required like everything you buy these days. Lots and lots of little bolts and nuts.

So it is now outside by the shop. It has been set up for a few months now and we don't even have one side full and it isn't really composting yet or hot but hopefully, once we get enough stuff in it, it will become hot enough to work. Everything with time.
