They likely would have just stalled out there though. I figure by the end of Feb to mid March, these can go outside.
I am still working on the greenhouse. It used to be great for starting plants in, just not so great after it got hot here. I hope to have it in better shape soon.becky3086https://www.blogger.com/profile/01026872543168452124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2424703824657047654.post-22178619377575304152012-02-08T11:00:01.812-05:002012-02-08T11:00:01.812-05:00I'm with Mark - still putting off starting - ...I'm with Mark - still putting off starting - it's just too soon...Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14490964982321159910noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2424703824657047654.post-33961129512211380712012-02-08T10:47:51.375-05:002012-02-08T10:47:51.375-05:00I'm resisting the (strong) temptation to sow c...I'm resisting the (strong) temptation to sow chilli and tomato seeds. Our weather is just not suitable yet. I know that if I'm patient the plants will be better in the long run. Oh, for a fully lighted and heated greenhouse, eh?
I did sow some cress though - in a little tub on a windowsill. It'll be ready in about 4 days from sowing, so I can justifiably claim that I'm eating home-grown salad in February!Mark Willishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04558305122821209520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2424703824657047654.post-80970946812000129812012-02-08T10:11:45.658-05:002012-02-08T10:11:45.658-05:00I was going to start my Chilli and Toms off today ...I was going to start my Chilli and Toms off today but it's far too chilly to do anything.
